Today was one of those downer days during #lockdown.
Feeling down in the dumps (missing school, friends, family), Miss L and I decided that to cheer us up, we'd try and create a Chinese meal. Sure it won't be the same as going to our favourite Chinese restaurant, but it was a pretty darn good alternative.
I've normally got a block of tofu in the fridge...yes...the blandest of protein sources....so we started with that.
We found a recipe on Pinterest, and adapted it, and it was delicious. It produced a gingery, garlicky, sticky mound of tofu goodness!
